It's been 20 days. I was doing great cuz the weight was just falling off. Now that it's not going anywhere it's harder to focus on the goal

Thanks everyone. I am a picky eater. I probably don't eat anything I should. I'm 5'5 and 150 so I really need to lose weight fast. I lost 10 lbs then plateaued so I'm feeling discouraged and all I want to do is eat. The struggle is real. This site is full of amazing and helpful people.

I eat about 5x a day. I only drink water, but I hate it so I know I'm not drinking enough. I can't walk until my husband gets home from work because it's too cold out for our babies.

I ate the recommended calories. And just took a walk around the block after dinner. Idk how I lost so much. Since then I lowered the calorie intake to 1200 but haven't been exercising as much.
