WARNING! We are doing a great job of posting our colorful foods but I just got a message from the challenge leaders that we are not doing it quite right. "List each day (1-5) along with the foods that you ate, and their corresponding colors. (Days do not have to be consecutive). Remember, you must consume a minimum of 2…

Ha ha! @hawkins410 this is the spirit of the games. Way to go @MzHill08 ! You should get 10 bonus points for your ingenuity.

Ok team, it's time to get serious! We've been in last place the last two weeks and I'm ready for a change! Luckily we are still holding onto 4th place overall but it's a close race between 3rd- 6th place. I want to welcome our new teammate, @karinidowu who has been a racer before and I'm sure will be a huge help to our…

This so happy! I love it when you can get your family involved.

@TrkyVic0327 I'm so proud of you! Keep up the great work. You are an inspiration.

I'm so proud of you! Hamstring injuries are a big challenge. You are doing amazing!
-
I think you are all amazing! First of all, you figured out how to join the challenge. I didn't learn about the community section challenges until I had been on MFP for years! I'm loving the Rajio Taiso to wake me up each morning. I think I need to make it a regular part of my life!
-
Beautiful picture! I'd love to walk that trail every day.

To all who are worried about minutes, never fear! With a long distance week like this one, the best way to get ahead is to get the challenges done. I know we will make it to our destination so I'm not worried about that part. Getting bonus points is hard on a long distance week since the 10% we need is a high number so…

How was Halloween? I enjoyed eating candy but thanks to all of you, didn't eat as much as I normally do! I even got some squats in while @sth76 and I were trick or treating with our kids. They would run up to a house and we would do squats  I wish you all luck with resisting the temptation of leftover candy today!

It would be a good idea to message hawkins410 and talk about a way to modify the challenge due to your injury.

Konichiwa! Congratulations to our challenge leaders on getting things worked out with posting our destination to Japan. I had no idea fall was so beautiful there! I love the calorie counting goal. I know I'm going to need it after tonight when we have bags full of candy around my house. It's just so tempting to dig through…

Hello team, Good job on 4th place! We've been doing a great job on minutes and I can't wait to find out about our next destination. If you are wondering where we are going, never fear! Our challenge leaders are experiencing technical difficulties but will have a post up soon. Also, I'd like to welcome a new teammate,…

It might be that you are looking an offline version of the spreadsheet on your device. That would make sense that it would show for you but not us. Thanks for being a great contributor!
-
@Rigibann because of your injury, I think it's fine to add your full time. You were moving more than you would have been and that's what this is about, moving more. I'll leave it up to you to decide. Ok team, we are in last place  It's time to pick it up! We've got a few teammates who haven't logged any minutes…

I'm so proud of everyone! We are far beyond our destination and racking up bonus points! I'm not counting my stairs at home because I'd have to go down for every time I went up and that's a killer on my stress fracture so I'm going to go to the gym and do a stair climber or find a quiet escalator and walk up the down…

We are amazing! Congratulations to our team for just barely passing team 2 and 3 for 3rd place! I have a feeling we will have some competition this week. Luckily the leg is short so our bonus exercise minutes will be a big help for our super exercising team! I want to welcome our new teammate @rigabann who will be…

The race was awesome! My knee held up well while I was running and is sore now. I ran about my regular pace and beat 2 hours which made me happy because I'm only running once a week. It shows that muscle memory is a real thing. This race was my 13th half marathon. I think it's fitting that I ran my 13th 13.1 mile race on a…

@mandilay_ I'm so sorry you have had strep! That always knocks me out and I can't even think straight. I'm impressed that you've had any active minutes. Good luck on the half marathon training, you can do it! @sth76 I wish we could have joined you! We'll have to go back and be ready for the nudists that @scrapbookingtm…

Hello team! We are almost to Reykjavik, less than 400 miles away! How is the ball drumming going? I had a great time making up my own dance and was happy not to have an audience. My teenage son saw me start and quickly left  We have a few red #10's on our spreadsheet and @MissionEnforcer has asked that we make sure…

@MissionEnforcer I've tagged those who were missing a tag and know all of our teammates are accepting friend requests except lewiann who is learning how to play. I'm going to her house tomorrow and will explain everything. I live in the Salt Lake Valley in Utah. I LOVE looking at and playing in the mountains that surround…

Ha ha @scrapbookingtm, I had no idea you were part of the excitement about exercise minutes. I saw people asking about minutes in the "questions" discussion and thought I'd clarify things for our team. I can vouch for you that there is snow in the mountains. We live in the same valley and I wish I had been hiking with you!…

Hello team! It looks like many of you have caught on and are working on completing the challenges and entering your exercise minutes. I wanted to clarify a couple of things. 1. Exercise minutes are anything beyond your normal routine. Make sure your minutes are being counted wisely (you can count vigorous house cleaning if…

The challenges always tie into our destination and rarely repeat. Usually a video to dance along with or try a new form of exercise like tail chi. It could be a challenge to drink a certain amount of water a day for 5 out of 7 days or a stair climbing challenge. They are all different and some are easier than others.
