  • I was doing well with keeping holiday pounds off and then last weekend hit and I was up 5 lbs. I need the extra accountability for the holidays.   • I participated in June and was very successful but was over a big event at the beginning of July and was unable to get the motivation to jump back in. I'm ready to enjoy a fresh start in the month of August!

  • Yes to all three! NSV I have realize that when I don't eat a conscious meal, I end up eating more calories in junk snacks than I would have eaten in a meal. Taking the time to sit down and eat helps me make better decisions and think clearly.
