  • Exercise Yes, ran 4 miles Calories Yes Tracked Yes, this helped me while I cleaned out the pantry and fridge. I didn't want to enter more items so I didn't eat samples of everything.
  • Exercise, yes walked 2 miles with my daughter and explored a new neighborhood being built by our house Tracked food, yes Calorie goal, yes. In my religion we fast for two meals on the first Sunday of the month. So staying under my goal was easy just eating one meal!
  • Exercise Yes, ran 7 miles Calories Yes, (good thing I ran) Tracked Yes
  • Exercise, 60 min walking while talking on the phone to my sister. Under calories Tracked all I ate
  • Exercise, yes. I ran 4 miles Calorie goal, yes (good thing I ran) Tacked food, yes. This is because of all of you. I was thinking I would just use a pass day but your dedication made me track my foood. The reason I was going to take a pass was it was my daughter's graduation and we went to dinner at a Brazilian meat place.…
  • I'm Shauna, mother of 5 (four are teenagers) and happily married for 22 years. I love running and have great social support for exercise but need all of you for dietary support. I know that when I am consistent with tracking my food intake, I'm successful with weight loss. I'm excited to work with everyone toward the…
  • I'm enjoying the Hogwarts challenge. Right now the best part is the "unbreakable vow". Every person set their own vow to keep for the month of April and then started again in May. I set the goal of limiting myself to one treat a day. I love sweets so I couldn't cut them out completely. Now I have all day to decide what…

  • I'm so happy for you! What a great feeling to complete the race. I'm proud of you.
  • Congratulations on your knee healing for the race! Good luck and enjoy the experience.
  • We finished strong and got 4th place this week, 5th overall! We are amazing!!!
  • We are doing awesome this week and have a chance at 5th place overall! We are only 5 points behind team 6. Anyone have challenge points to add?
  • I got it entered for you. Good job!
  • I had some great news yesterday at my annual health insurance screening. I was very curious about my results since I haven't been able to run the last year. I was half a pound lighter and my body fat was a tenth lower. I was sure that my body fat would be higher since I had lost some of my running muscles but I stayed the…
  • Challenge #2 from week #2 RANDONNEE ON REUNION!” (5 km outside) I'm so happy there were two outside running challenges. Today I did 3 miles walking/running in the morning and then another 4 miles hiking in Yellowfork Canyon. I'm loving that the weather is warming up and my knee is healing at the same time!
  • Challenge #3 complete I love green vegetables! I ate cucumbers, spinach, kale, zucchini and lettuce. Challenge #1 I chose the Iditarod Challenge from Week 6 (Alaska). I chose this challenge because it's beautiful weather here and I can run again! I ran a 5k outside. I'll most likely be at the 10.49 mile Iditarod before the…
  • I'm watching my daughter at gymnastics practice and their conditioning today includes a burpee that I could NEVER do. When they stand to jump up, they go directly into a back flip. I can't even handle a regular burpee!
  • Challenge #3 Mom, we were on the same wavelength! I made chicken vegetable stir fry with ground ginger in the sauce. It was so good that my husband had two bowls. It was a great way to eat vegetables!
  • @sandkp I'm so sorry to hear about your health! You've really been hit hard. I hope you start feeling better soon. We have a new teammate, my friend @stk76. She's a great addition to the team! I made a dinner using coriander and was crossing my fingers that it was on the list but it looks like I'll have to try something…
  • We held onto 5th place! Way to go team  Although, missing 25 points is really sad. Good luck this week!
  • Hello team! I'm sorry about not being a contributor to the thread this week. I've been working hard to finish strong on the Harry Potter challenge and that means I've got several minutes to add to the spreadsheet. Today was a monumental day. I got to run outside with my friend! We had to follow the return to run program…
  • I enjoyed some active minutes with the cub scouts this afternoon. I work with the 8 year old boys on physical fitness. They have so much energy and are so funny when they jump rope! Good news is that I could do jumping Jack's with them! My knee is feeling awesome and I've been able to start back into the "return to run"…
  • We are currently in 3rd place for the week! Go team.
  • I finished the chair workout after aquajogging today. I was really surprised that a workout in a chair could be so demanding. I've been doing pieces of it all week and think that would be a great workout to do more regularly. How is the week going for everyone? @enuf200 I had to laugh when you asked if you could keep going…
  • @alipsie19 That was a speedy walk! Here are some stats: Minutes/Challenge Points WEEK 1: 7263 / 420 Week 2: 8020/410 Week 3: 7802/385 Week 4: 8263/375 Our minutes were awesome last week! • It's a miracle! We came in 5th place. That's a huge step for us. Go team #3!
  • @skinnyjeanzbound I'm right there with you on the social eating. It's so hard to make healthy choices when you are in a social situation. Team 3, we might actually have a chance of not coming in last place! I sent out several reminders to fill in the spreadsheet. Hopefully, everyone will finish strong!
  • Hello team and welcome @cocoajax16! I've been enjoying the spirit of Valentines day and need to stop eating conversation hearts <3 I'm halfway through the video and have started on the massages. Reflexology is so intriguing to me. For challenge #3 1. WHAT YOU TRIED: Roasted cauliflower 2. A SEPARATE SENTENCE ABOUT YOUR…
  • @BJerzy we will miss you! Feel fee to keep.us updated and say hello on this thread. @enuf200 I hear you on the pantry winning. Yesterday I ended up making some delicious guacamole and couldn't stay away from the chips. Since I was over on callories, I felt fine going out to dinner and eating a bunch. Good thing I have a…
  • @Cheriels82 Congratulations on the 6 hours of continuous sleep! I hear you on the no napping. When my kids got to about 2 years old, we started "nap wars". I didn't win very often because I usually had a newborn. QOD: The earliest memory I have is lying in bed between my mom and dad, watching the lights from cars driving…
  • I'm on the exercise bike right now, a great time to catch up :) I get to see the physical therapist on Monday to learn about my path back to running. Woohoo! I can't wait. QOD: The mountains from my house. I don't even have to be in them, just looking at them makes me so happy. We live on such a beautiful earth!…
