I can relate. I broke my heal bone and had to have my heel and ankle reconstructed. Its been nearly a year and I'm still walking with a limp. Still get a little swelling after a long day. It's a long process, but watching calories and doing as much as you can; Walking, bike riding, stretching, etc. you'll see improvement…

Thank you folks. I'm new at this and appreciate the encouragement and advice. Looks like I'll wait a couple more weeks to see if I break free before making any major changes.

About two weeks and yes everything is measured. I have been at 1500 calories a day and really don't like going too far below that
