I am re joining this site in hopes of losing some weight through healthy food choices. I am unable to exercise while recovering from ankle surgery. It's been a month of sitting in chairs and I'll be another month before I can take a step. Just looking for motivation and hoping to chat with others on their journey too!

I can relate. I broke my heal bone and had to have my heel and ankle reconstructed. Its been nearly a year and I'm still walking with a limp. Still get a little swelling after a long day. It's a long process, but watching calories and doing as much as you can; Walking, bike riding, stretching, etc. you'll see improvement every day.0
