Incline treadmill sprints. 20s on 40s off for 20m. Advanced spinning. Been doing both of these in recent months, absolutely love it. 100% effort at all times though don't forget! :)

Haha everyone getting shirty. I haven't said sugar is evil, people need to go and read where I said I have some sweets whilst I am training. I have some myself at other times. But the OP has put 6lbs on and eats sweets a lot and wants to lose it. Common sense is to reduce it or cut it out if they wanna lose it again, don't…

Yeah, I mean it's ok to be hungry on carb reduction but not like starving or weak, I agree. OP should increase carb intake slightly, perhaps add 25g-30g or so onto existing diet plan...

Yeah I get that which is why I mentioned nutritional value - you can have the odd cheat here and there, and it depends on your goals of course, but eating sweets on a regular basis isn't gonna help. Best to reduce, then cut out completely and then have as the odd treat. Otherwise you're just giving your body easy carb…

you got some definition there in the second one! and you can feel it's hard to the touch, that's a good thing! listen, it's a long process. these things take time and don't happen overnight. think about it, it's taken you years to get to an unhealthy state, right? well it's gonna take time to get to where you want to be.…

anyone can add me if they want to, will help if i can!

macronutrients are your carbs, fat and protein. not sure if i understand the second question but if you're asking how to eat high fibre but low carbs then nuts are great, seeds like flaxseed, non-starchy veg i.e. broccoli.

i get what people are saying about it being part of daily caloric intake. but they have little to no nutritional value. it's not just a case of being under caloric intake per se, it's what you're putting in to your body that is gonna make the biggest changes. it's hard to train yourself to stop eating stuff like that but…

hi afoolandhercupcake, sorry to hear you are feeling a bit rubbish about this at the moment! to be honest, what you are experiencing is to be expected as part of a carb reduction. Eating carbs causes our body to release insulin, turning our body towards burning carbs, lessening the amount of fat and muscle you burn. Carbs…

Try and get your macros right for the meal if you can! Don't starve yourself of the good stuff before you go out in the evening to save on calories or whatever just have your normal good food during day so your body is fuelled for most of day an then take your cheat meal on the chin and work hard in the gym afterwards!
-
Yeah why not!

You could get a trainer for one or two sessions to go through it with you then go solo when you feel confident enough. The biggest obstacle to starting training is getting into a routine. Once you get into one you will be fine trust me, you just have to put the graft in in the early days! Internet is full of good recipes,…

UK - sure there will be something similar though in the US!

Muscle food site. The brand is wheyhey :) @bellaa_x

I have it most mornings with my eggs and some baby spinach. Love the stuff! So good for you! Like someone rightly said above it does have high sodium levels which can cause issues with water retention but as long as it's in moderation it's absolutely class for you. Salmon on the whole is one of the best foods nature offers.

hahaha! can just imagine we are never getting back together making me squeeze that last rep out :D

The script for the gym?? I love the script but workout music they are not. Prodigy, deadmau5, eminem, rusko all on my gym playlist but tbh the gyms sound system is pretty good so I usually just listen to that. Knife party and that.
