I have only lost 6 pounds (I update my clicker every Friday so it will show it tomorrow) but my grandmother and my fiance keep telling me I look so much thinner. I don't think so, but it's always great to hear that. It shows your work isn't all for nothing and that you can reach your goal! =) Great work and keep it up!

You should definately increase your calories. You are only taking in about 800 a day. You don't have to eat the total amount of calories they allow you, but you should not be that low.

Not at all. Mainly because my Fiance gets extremely angry when I talk to any guys, let alone an ex. If he wasn't so mad about it, there is only one I wouldn't mind talking to anyway. The rest... I wouldn't care if I never saw them again.

Since I have been studying non-stop for my finals, I haven't gotten as much exercise as I would have liked, but my calorie intake was very low since I was concentrating too much to stop and eat. I am trying to study for my finals, which are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. =( I'm freaking out. All the last minute studing is helping with my weight loss though because I am too concentrated to eat something. Lol.

I haven't done it yet, because I'm starting January 1st, but I think you can always try it once, and then if you think you aren't very good with it, you can always take it slow. It's not like they are monitoring you. You can do phase 1 100 times if you need to. Whatever makes you comfortable, but I think you should try it.

I don't know for sure, but I don't think there is anything you can do that I know of. Breasts obviously contain milk, but also fat, so when you lose weight, the fat in your breasts leaves also. Maybe someone else knows some way to help stop it, but I have never heard of anything before. Sorry. =/
