  • I know BMR is the amount of calories you would burn if you literally did nothing all day long, but I don't know if that's what I should be eating. That's why I posted. =/
  • Resistance training meaning what exactly? I am currently doing the 30 Day Shred and the C25K and I'm planning on doing P90x soon, so would that be good? And I was thinking I was originally going to keep my current calorie goal until I plateau, but I wasn't sure if that was fine health-wise.
  • You look incredible!! Good for you! =)
  • I agree with everyone else who posted so far. One day, or one meal for that matter is not going to spoil everything.
  • Is that pinnacle? Pinnacle has marshmallow flavored, cotton candy flavored and a bunch of others. Probably not so low calorie though. I haven't checked though.
  • Hi! I am 20 and a mother of one. You can add me!! =)
  • When phones were taken off of students in my high school, they would search through the phones. One girl took her battery out and refused to give it to them. She said there is nothing she can do with a battery so what is the problem. They suspended her out of school for a week because they couldn't look through her phone.
  • I don't think it's the school's right to know what is posted on facebook. School admins don't follow your children when they go out to hang out with friends and don't read their cell phones (for the most part...my school did). They also shouldn't be allowed to go on the child's facebook, especially with the password. It…
  • Everyone here looks fantastic!! Great job with your success and good luck to your further progress if any. And Coryida, I always use you as an example when I try to show people how much you can lose on here.
  • This was said to me, by a man 16 years older than me, no less, when he was mad at my fiance... Very mature, but I laugh every time I think about it and plan on posting something on his facebook when I become thin. Take that! Lol

  • Oh wow, I didn't know the second dvd of p90x was only 15 minutes. I might end up doing that then. It is extremely hard? How much exercise experience did you have before doing it? Lol But then again I might try the kick boxing one. That sounds like a lot of fun plus it is a small amount of time. =) Now I'm so confused. Haha
  • What exactly is Taebo? And how long is it? I'm very curious about all workouts to find the best one for me. =)
  • You can add me! No surgery or weight loss pills for me. =) I already lost 20 pounds and I still have about 80 pounds to lose.
  • Hi! I'm Sam and I'm 20. I am also engaged and we have a son. I'm looking to lose a lot more than you are, but you can add me and we can encourage and support each other! =)

  • I am at 222 and have about 80 pounds to lose still. You can add me! =)
  • I'm 20 and also a university student, but also engaged with a son. You can add me if you want! =)
  • This is what happens to me so I don't eat breakfast. I eat around 12-1 and then a later meal for dinner. The metabolism thing is a myth so you don't need to worry about not eating breakfast. The only reason you should eat three meals a day is if you have problems with your sugar intake or if you splurge and eat more than…
  • I originally wanted to lose 105 pounds and I have lost 20 so I still have 80-85 to go. You can add me if you want!
  • You did an amazing job!! I see that you went skydiving at 196 so you wouldn't need those special procedures. Good for you!! Truly amazing!!!
  • Yes, this. It is where I got my schedule.
  • This sounds very similar to me. It might sound weird, but my son was planned. Since my fiance and I have been engaged for years but never got married, I still got many grants too. I am still in college currently for Pharmacy. Our lives are great and I wouldn't change it for the world!
  • WHOA I just looked it up on Urban Dictionary :blushing: [/quote] Haha!! I also looked it up on Urban Dictonary.
  • This quote and the one about asking if he's overweight is what I thought of at first. My fiance was originally upset with my weight-loss also until I convinced him to join with me. He's not as strict as me, but he has cut back on his calories a lot and works out more now and has lost some weight also. Now that he sees we…
  • Big bones do not nescessarily correspond to a big frame. There are people that actually have 'big bones' but it is about 10% or less of people in the whole world. When people that are overweight say they have big bones, they usually do not unless they actually got x-rays done and a doctor said so himself.
  • I would love to join this challenge!! I was very committed around December and lost 20 pounds in about 2 months, but then lost track when my classes started up again in mid-January. I am trying to get re-committed and I feel like this would be the perfect thing! I have never been able to dress up slutty for Halloween,…
  • You can add me! I have been here since December and lost 20 pounds in about 2 months, but couldn't keep track of my calories when my classes started again for the new semester. I am now back on track and looking to add new friends! =)
  • Haha, I am lurking too because I have no idea what I want whatsoever and this information is really helpful. I had no clue the 'big muscley girls' look 'normal' on off-season and that was a great piece of new information to learn. I never even thought of that, but now that I have, I think I might re-arrange my goals. I…
