Palmer's makes the skin more elastic, which helps fix the stretch marks, but that is also what you need to tighten your skin up. It doesn't just have one use. Now, I'm not sure how effective it is, but it is still a possibility.

I want to join too because my classes start again Monday and I feel that I will get discouraged and distracted, This will help me stay on track. =) Btw, I know they don't help with abs if you still have flab, but they at least get my heart rate up and they will keep me wanting to stay on track.

I didn't know that, so thanks for the new info. I was always wondering how many calories equal a pound. Remember though, MFP already has a deficit from your BMR, so you don't need 500 left over a day, but 500 from your BMR, which you probably are already at without knowing it. =)

I agree. Usually MFP is WAY over with my calories, and if I were to eat all of them back, I wouldn't lose weight at all.

Great post! I am very glad you posted it now.I believe many people are thinking they will change overnight because it is the New Year. Now if only I can post this at my gym for all the new and suddenly "healthy" people that just recently joined. (The ones we know are going to leave in about 2 weeks.)

No, but I don't like the mushy and gritty textures of most of it. I guess I have tried some things, but spit most of it out. I have eaten popcorn shrimp because it is crunchy, but I don't like normal shrimp or anything like it.

I think it depends on the children and what type of exercise you are looking to do. Eat whenever you are hungry. If you wait and end up binging because of your hunger, eat earlier, if not, eat whenever you want. If you feel tired and drained of energy, that might also be a sign to eat earlier to get energy. Your metabolism is always working, so you do not need to start it or anything.

I wanted the Eagles to do SOMETHING this year, but with Young bragging instead of practicing, there was no hope to begin with. And Nnamdi was a complete bust. That was a waste of money.

I would just input it as exercise on the days you work so you are not over-eating the other days. I am in college full time, and some days I have more classes than others and I walk farther on some days. I put my activity level at what it normally would be without the walking, and then add in how much I walked those days.…
