  • Jillian Michael's Dvds are good, take about 20 minutes, and they are only $10 at Walmart. You can do that while your baby is sleeping. Also, there are apps on iPhones/iPods and Smartphones that are free if you want to do that, but I find it's easier to go along with a Dvd because sometimes I am not motivated.

  • My "cheat day" is when I eat something I wouldn't, but I still don't go over my calories. For example, I normally don't go out to eat, but on my cheat day, I will. That day, I usually eat less before hand, or less calories to save up for my "cheat meal" or work out more that day.

  • I work out at night, and I have no problem with it. Go for it!
  • When I started, I wasn't able to do even 3 minutes. Now, I am able to do 20-25 minutes, but I am extremely exhausted afterwards. Aim low at first.

  • Today I weighed in at 227.4 pounds again, so I stayed the same for the past two days which is better than gaining I guess. So at the end of the challenge, I lost a total of 10.0 pounds. =)
