I don't normally eat breakfast as I am often in a rush to get out the door in the mornings and a smoothie will be easy to drink on the way to uni/work. I also can't seem to face food so early in the morning. Thanks for the input guys, I'm definitely going to try them.

sorry what I meant was a low cal powder or any others that people recommend, there are so many out there I don't really know which to choose. I usually go to the gym late at night as I don't have time to go during the day so don't really want to be eating a meal after
