@bn6x8tz6tj Maybe try rice cakes. They are a good replacement for chips and only 45 calories a cake. As for the spicy factor, maybe you can sprinkle a little spice on it or tabasco sauce? I'm not into spice so not sure.

@kaljo2002 This is the section for challenges not for food questions but to answer your question, try drinking a cup of water before and after you eat, eat more fruits and veggies, go to bed at a reasonable time and if you don't eat enough during the day then, yes, try to eat a bit more.

Sorry guys, I know I've been MIA. I've been busy. For some reason, my Fitbit isn't clocking all my steps/miles on the treadmill, it's frustrating. I just recently updated it. Hopefully, the issue with be fixed, if not, I'll just have to go based on what my fitness app says as far as miles go.
