@TeresaW2024 Thanks. Yeah, I got really depressed and frustrated in December because my treadmill broke. That whole month, I was inactive and eating holiday food. 😩It wasn't a good month for me as far as weight loss goes. I'm getting a new machine this Saturday! I'm hoping to reverse the damage caused. 🤞

Sorry, guys. I know I've been mia. I've been busy. I joined this exercise app called PitPat a while back, and they have lots of run/jog/walk events on there.
