Walking is one of the best and easiest exercises to do, just have to watch out for the nasty sun rays. I'm around your weight and that's my form of exercise. I walk every other day for an hour to an hour and a half, and sometimes I do exercise routes from YouTube. There are lots of good ones on there. One I like that works…
