  • Rarely drink either, but sometimes it helps to replace one unhealthy habit or addiction with a healthy one like exercise. Not sure if you'll benefit from this but others might.

  • 3 sets of squats to failure 8-15 reps, 3 sets of leg curls to failure 8-15 reps, 3 sets of standing calf raises to failure 8-15 reps. Walked on the treadmill for all of 6 min... I believe in less is more. :p
