I got down 42lbs and kind of lost motivation. I actually got down 45 but gained 3 back. Could be worse. Anyway, I've only got 34lbs lefts and I really need to do it, I'm lucky I haven't gained back more. Anything lost by March is good with me! SW: 226 CW: 184 GW: 150

I fell off the wagon a little because I went to my sister's over the weekend and decided to just relax for a day. I stepped on the scale and saw the highest weight I've ever been. I've been teetering around 200 for about 7 years but this is the first time I haven't been able to keep control. I have to get healthier before my health gets worse.

I do go to a gym a few days a week . An employee helps me weight train. However I enjoy Dance Fitness With Jessica on YouTube at home. Thought I'd mention that. :-) After my son I lost 30+ lbs at home before hitting a road block. I did 30 day shred and walked 3 days a week.

I had baby #4 on Halloween last year and I need to lose 40lbs. My pregnancies were back to back and I gained most of my weight between babies #1 & 2. I'm determined not to get pregnant as soon as I start losing this time, no matter how ecstatic my husband would be. Lol.

I gained 40lbs in the 6 months I was on it. Also bled the whole time and was super hormonal. Ended up pregnant again anyway. Lol. Anyway, I'd never go on it again.

I stil eat what I want, just with more water/veggies/fruit. I'm only in my first month but I'm down 10lbs.
