    Starting weight - 135 lbs.
    goal- 130 lbs.

    Injured my knee recently, difficult to walk the usual 3-4 miles. Hoping for the best keeping daily calories under 1200.

    I know its hard to see the same weight everyday but don’t let it discourage you. You’re doing great! Keep doing what you’re doing, stay focus and eventually it will show!

    Hang in there! I was stuck in the 190's for 13 days last month and finally started losing again. Hugs!

    I keep gaining and losing the same few pounds. I'm so frustrated at myself. I lost 26lbs and now this. I just ordered some healthy snacks, I've been really active this week, and I've been drinking 80+ oz of water a day. So if I can get my eating under control I know I can do this. I want to weigh once a week so I don't go nuts.

    6/1 - 158.4lbs - Highly suspect this is water as I’ve been around the 155 mark for a week. Thanks TOTM 😭

    6/5: 145.4 - I graduated high school today!!! :mrgreen: Went over my calorie goal but oh well that's life. Tomorrow I'll be over my calories goal as well because I wanted pizza to celebrate lol. :joy: Now I just focus on taking care of myself, reaching my goals, and college! :blush:
