I had ACL Reconstruction surgery and it didn't heal very well. The therapy was awful. I've been wondering the same thing because I see squats and stairs and running everywhere. I'll have to try something swim - involved. I do use a spin bike and that has been pretty good

I think I'm just overwhelming myself. I'm taking it too far. Maybe I need to start slower. Focus on just on calorie deficit and not so much on the nutrition "goals" on here. I'll have to try it! Deadlifts probably more than squats since I have a bad knee from ACL, MCL, and Miniscule tear. I'm "skinny fat" too. I'm 5'4 and 112lbs. I've read a lot on here to not worry about losing weight, but to maintain calorie intake and work on strength and resistance training. I have never been to a gym and don't know how to use any of the equipment so I'm kinda embarrassed to go. But I guess everyone starts somewhere!

Off: Bad teeth, acts like a tool, smoking, unfit. On: Nice teeth, has his *kitten* together, funny, seeing veins on arms/hands, strong jawline. I have never been the party type so someone that just likes to chill at home, go out to eat or movies, etc. I'd rather go bowling than to a bar type stuff.
