My SW was 297 and I'm a 40 and 5'7". I'm down to 228 and have about 70 lbs to go. If I can do this I feel like anyone can do it. I posted this the other day. I started in March 2015. We can do it!

I'm curious, I'm your height and I'm putting my goal weight as 160 and will go from there. What is your daily calorie goal now that you are at maintenance?

I'm doing a couch to 5K and just completed week 1. 8 more weeks of training and I am looking forward to this milestone :)

The darkest time in my life was when I was laid up in bed with a ruptured disc in my L4-L5 that crushed my sciatic nerve. If I wasn't pregnant I think I would've contemplated suicide. Thank God for my back surgery two weeks after my C-Section. I'm down 45lbs and still have a long ways to go but can so relate to your story.
