Great loss! I found a package of different-sized plastic ring spacers. It was maybe six or ten dollars at most. Might be worth a look as temporary measure, until you get to goal.

DrE - sounds as if maybe you've stopped logging for a while? Would logging help you turn down those treats and regain focus? Yeah, it's a pain, but it helps me.

What I've been doing is storing what I've made (it's usually stewlike, to one extent or another) in 1-quart containers (from yogurt and from chopped onions or Creole seasoning mix), working out from that how many cups I made, and then using that number as the number of servings.

What about carrot sticks with a little salt for the crunch? Or allow yourself 3 cups of popcorn, instead of a big microwave bag? :) Save some calories for that snack.

Concentrate your foodieness on cooking food that's healthy as well as tasty, serving yourself healthy portions and savoring each bite of the food you eat. What else do you enjoy? Maybe you could create a healthy meals business?

You have, from what you say, maybe 15 or 20 lbs to lose. You do NOT NOT NOT have to starve yourself to lose that. Set MFP for 1/2 lb loss a week. Weigh, measure and log everything you eat and drink.
