Coffee, tea, &c also count. Water plus lemon plus sweetener = lemonade. I also like water with a smaller amount of unsweetened lemon or lime juice. And from what I've read, there's not really a need for 8 cups, if you're eating a good amount of fruits and veggies.

Doc switched me from omeprazole to ranitidine. They're both anti-GERD, but omeprazole is stronger and has more dangerous side effects.
