Friday-- eating out

So I blew it today. I had Chinese for lunch and then Cuban w drinks for dinner. Talk about team too much. Should I still figure out how much I ate today?

    Yes. Absolutely. Keep track of it all. It'll let you see how you improve over time. And I've found that knowing I'll record it all sometimes helps me not eat so much. :)
