Are there different ways to poach salmon? I had done it before, so I just cooked it in water and added a tiny bit of pink Himalayan salt, lemon juice and some fresh dill from my garden after I plated it. Did I do it wrong? For nutritional information, I followed the USDA website as well.

This is based from my own cooking, 80 percent fresh cooking, 20 percent prepackaged, boxed meals ( hamburger helper, etc.). I don't eat out because of the pandemic and as a diabetic, the closest to fast food I ever get near is Subway.

For me, I have Binge Eating Disorder so eating then or now I could easily eat both of those...at the meal, if I turn my mindset off. Otherwise, the sandwich would be cut in fourths and turned into 4 different meals, accompanied with different healthy sides, and the pizza would be cut in to 10 pieces.
