What i think it is tour fat intake. Increase it way more during the day. That helpd me wen i was cuttting. Like faty meats. Avacodo. Nuts. Even butter on ur veggies.

I run into the same priblom. Somtines i dint sleep fir 24 ti 25 hours or olny sleep 4 o 5 hours a day. What i do it just limit my carbs upon waking and load up b4 i go to sleep. Carb backloading

If ur super active like me calories are nt really as important. Now i didnt say they arrent important. I work out 3 days week but working on a drilling rig and bust my *kitten* every day physcally.

I fast about 11 to 12 hours a day at the most. I just get . I also read the renagade diet and that was awsome but they believe in fasting for 14 hours. Thats rough. Its up to what kind of high gycilic carbs you want to have. U have to find foods you like. You will get used to eating meat and vegies during the day.
