Carb Cycling being awake for 24 hours

On Thurday thru Sunday I work my second job overnight. This means that sometimes I am up for 24 hours. Chris Powell wrote a book called Choose To Lose that is excellent. He talks about carb cycling. High carb, low carb. high... etc. He suggests five meals a day three hours apart. How do I carb cycle with my crazy schedule? The four days I did it I felt a lot better. Anyone have any suggestions?

    I run into the same priblom. Somtines i dint sleep fir 24 ti 25 hours or olny sleep 4 o 5 hours a day. What i do it just limit my carbs upon waking and load up b4 i go to sleep. Carb backloading
