I did the same, lost 60pound, need to lose another 20 but my reward was a pretty big tattoo on my rib cage- keep going because all these sacrifices are worth it

I've been thinking of getting the fitbit flex, reviews say it's good for the basic but thz a lot for the heart rate monitor idea :smile:

It doesn't have to be 100% accurate for the calorie count, i'm looking more in a motivational tool to keep me moving. Working at a desk all day can be pretty unmotivating

If you're on any type of medication look up the side effets or even go look on some forums. I was on an anti-anxiety med that made my body have difficulty processing food like it should which enable me to lose weight, since figuring that out I have switched med's which helped in my weight loss process. But dont give up…

Bingeing is the worst, everything will be fine and then bam it seems like everything starts to fall apart, I would love some support aswell.
