Thanks guys, i still have about 1000 calories to eat for the day and it looks like were having pizza for dinner. A slice each is about 300 calories i'll still be under my calories after the pizza. When you say don't eat more than half of the calories, what do you mean? I'm still eating dinner tonight lol

Thanks, I'm going to get back to exercising tomorrow. Two weeks ago i was on the elliptical every day for 30 minutes while eating right and staying below my calories. Now i'm just eating below my calories and not exercising. Thank You!

Thank You, my biggest problem is that i worry a lot; about every little thing i eat. I eat below my calories every day but sometimes i'm not always eating the best food. I inputed my correct Height, Weight and Age and 2010 is the number it gave me as a goal every day.

My weekend really consisted of small handfuls of chips here and there, cookies, pizza, chicken fingers, fries, beer. Not an overload of all of it, I still managed to stay underneath my calories, but they were all fatty foods. None of which are good for me.
