Yeah that was me! I had some foods high in sodium and had a few beers. I'm hoping it really it is water weight. Thanks for all the information guys. I'm back to eating lighter and exercising.

During the week I'm eating healthy, staying under my calories and exercising. It's just the weekends that can get a bit more heavy as far as food goes. But as soon as Monday or even Sunday hits, I'm right back to eating more nutritional foods, more water and exercising.

So i have 1660 to eat left for the day, you're telling me i can eat pizza, a beer, and whatever and still lose weight as long as i am under 1660? Too Good to be true in a way? lol

Well i don't do it every weekend, but this weekend were having people over and going to the jays game etc. You know how that gets lol, i'm trying to limit it as much as possible. But my goal is just to stay under my calorie deficit.

Thank You ! My Calorie Limit according to My Fitness Pal is 2010 per day. I'm normally around 1500-1600 a day. This weekend i'm expecting to be close to the 2010, but will make sure i don't go over. I'm at 200lbs and my goal is about 175-180. I've already lost 15lbs but it's hard to avoid weekends like this, i feel guilty…

I guess i'll figure that out later but as long as i know now that staying under will always lead to a weight loss, i'm relieved. Last night i had a mcflurry which is why i'm so worried about it…

Wow thanks, that makes more sense to me. Sometimes i'll have a beef patty here and there or even eat a mcflurry ( once in months ) but i'm always under my calories.

So for the most part, i should just focus on the amount of calories i eat per day? I'm given roughly 2114 to eat every day and i usually come around 1700 to 1800. I'm really trying to lose more weight, i've been at it for about 3 and a half weeks and lost about 10lbs so far.

Well i feel like i ate terrible, this is nothing like how i regularly eat. I'm wondering how this would affect my diet? Or would it not at all, does a cheat day always mean going over your calories?

I'm not rushing, but i'm confident that i could hit my goal. I started at 214 and am now at 204 and been dieting and exercising for 25 days. My goal is to be at 180 by that date, so that's roughly 20 more pounds in over a month. That's doable while still maintaining a healthy diet is it not?
