I'm gonna go with Subway, Chipotle, and Genghis Grill (well, I mean, that's not "fast food" I guess but I'm gonna do with it).

I said no to skipping exercise altogether today and also to getting a sweet tea lemonade at work today (I work at Starbucks btw...so many things I say no to myself to everyday lol).

It's definitely possible, I mean so far I've lost 20lbs in the past two. So that's a good, attainable goal!

Unless you're morbidly obese I just don't think it's worth the risk. From what I've heard after the passing of a cousin to this surgery there is always a high risk of infection leading to death from these types of surgery.
