Unless you count a minor sore throat sometime in August, I haven't been sick all year. And if you do count it, it took from December last year to August this year when last year, prior to weight loss and a healthier me, I was sick a lot. At least once a month.

I just got rid of a bunch of size 14-18 pants and I'm starting to get rid of my size 12's. Just as an update, I'm right on track at 151 lbs as of October 2nd c: After some research after this post and deciding I'm probably a larger build I'm aiming at 140 and I'm gonna evaluate there and probably work on recomp, where the numbers won't even matter anymore.

Well not long ago I had something as simple as a medium banana, a cup of strawberries, and half a serving of peanut butter. That came out to be 237 calories. Only about 5 grams of protein but it was pretty filling.
