If I may give you a few words of caution, just be careful in taking advise from us internet Wiseman/woman, be sure to do your own research on any advice you receive and if someone can’t back what they are saying up with hard data then it’s crap! In addition, for any health and nutrition questions always refer to you Doctor, certified trainer, or a nutritionist (whichever one is most applicable).
