I have used real butter now for years. My father-in-law is board certified health and wellness doctor, he recommends akways non-processed food. He says your body knows what to do with it but the chemicals just confuse it and are unhealthy. We have been following his advice for years and are MUCH healthier for it.

I haven't tried cutting anything completely out except for wheat. Oh, I still eat it, just in much smaller amounts. That really seems to be the key for me. I've lost 60 lbs in the last 12 months and it's portion and calorie control. Eat what you want, including sugar, but log *everything* and stay within your calorie goal.…

Now, that the holidays are over I'm working even harder on getting rid of the weight. So far 39 lbs gone, woohoo! (And I have approx 4 pairs of pants that fit and 7 shirts!)

Bought a 1X sweater at Kohl's yesterday. I cannot remember the last time I owned a 1X shirt!

About 90% of my shirts are too big. Im swimming in most of them and I've gone from a 22 to a 16 in pants!

I am wearing a size 16 pants. Down from a size 22 one year ago. I haven't worn a size 16 in 15-16 years! My sister has gained weight since moving in with my mom about a year and a half ago so I've borrowed 3 pairs of 16's from her. I promised her that I would give them back. There is a gym in the complex I live in but I hate the way they have it set up. As soon as you open the front door to the office the first thing you see is a wall of glass into the gym. I made a spaghetti squash about a month ago and used it in place of pasta noodles. OH SO GOOD and so much better calorie wise!

I have tried to get at least three more people to sign up and they like the idea and want to use it but never do. I think my mom might use it, I opened up an account for her on her phone, but she has no idea how to log things and such, she is too timid to just click on the links to see what they do.
