Ive been on here, 2weeks now. And have weighed myself this morning i have only lost 1lb, but i have lost 2 inches off my waist.... :) its not much but its a start!!!

It doesn't keep u at 1200 per day, cause when u put in ur exercise it gives u more allowance... I walk a lot during the day and enter it in my diary.. and it puts me to about 1500.....

oh Coco, go and enjoy your self, life is much too short to waste a minute worrying over something we can't change over nite.. Your on the right path celebrate that. ;) I am 44 in 21 days, an the heaviest I've ever been. (12 stone 3lb & only 5ft 3..) I've just come off anti-depressants after nearly 3yrs on them & its taken…

i use headspace too... its great for helping u sleep... cant afford to subscribe, so i just do 10days then start again...

i have noticed that when u enter exercise into the diary it then frees up more calories.. so maybe that's why u end up with so many left at night.. Also are your portions measured or guessed... i was cheating myself cause i was guessing, instead of weighing, or measuring. having too much fruit cause the apple was bigger…

;) Hi, i am a re-starter too, It's the entering food to diary that gets to me.. but i know that it does work cause my friend has lost over 5stone. She has done so well, and looks brilliant.
