I think plant-based eating is very interesting. I have a couple of cookbooks and have tried some recipes. My problem is my husband thinks meat is the ONLY food group. Have you watched the documentary Forks over Knives? It's good!

Hi! I'm Janet. I've been a MFP member for a while just hadn't checked out the community section. I'm 58 and retired. So far I've lost about 14 pounds. I've kind of gotten stuck there. Hoping this group will motivate me!!!
