Hi Kimberly! We all have different apps to track the progress. You can get runtastic app, withings or Fitbit to keep a track of your steps. These apps display fancy charts and trends to keep you motivated as well.

Hey there! I had the same issue when I had a desk job... I used to take my phone calls standing sometimes and used to walk around the office compounds during coffee n lunch breaks...

That's quite an achievement... Specially with the hip injury! Just shows you are stronger than the excuses! Keep going... I use withings too... It's nice I believe... I am having a tough time with managing 10000 steps... But won't give up :)

Hi tintin and kyana! That's exactly my problem too. I am at an average of 7000 steps and need to up the game. Let's share our daily steps here so we can motivate each other to walk more. Step count on 5th August- 6700.

I suppose that could easily vary between 3000 to 5000 or more. Our office is 3000 sq ft and that's what my count is.

Hey hey! My goal is approximately the same. I weigh 122 pounds and aim to achieve 110. I am 5'5". But I only gather fat around my tummy so need to hit the 110 mark. I gained due to pregnancy. My bub is 4 months old now so time to get back to shape. Will add you to keep each other motivated
