What's ridiculous is you crying about people reminding you of the rules and asking you to stop spamming the boards. Everyone here cares about fitness but we also care about the integrity of the forums.

If you lose 100+ pounds your breasts will undoubtedly shrink. The majority of your breasts are fatty tissue and some breast tissue (the part that will never go away.) My bra size changes every time I lose weight.

Yea I wouldn't call that a water diet, rather strategic consumption of water to keep you hydrated and to maximize "fullness" before meals so you eat less.

Congratulations that is awesome! Great idea with eating back only 1/2 of your exercise calories. I was going to completely ignore any calories burned while exercising, but darn it, I've earned them and 1/2 sounds reasonable (sometimes I really doubt the # of calories it calculates as have being burned)

My baby will be 4 months on the 24th and I haven't lost a pound since she was 2 weeks :-( I have 40 pounds to lose to get to pre-pregnancy weight plus another 20 or so to get back to a normal, healthy weight. So depressing. Getting serious starting today though!!!
