Keto without dairy
Hi everyone. I'm doing a version of keto without dairy (eggs are ok) and limiting my fats. It's essentially meat and veggies with some healthy fats. I need recipe ideas! 95% of the recipes I find include cheese or gallons of heavy cream. Basic meat and veggies gets old really quickly.

Keto without the Dairy
I'm doing the FitMum Nourish plan if any of you are familiar with that. I've heard that 1800 is the magic number while breastfeeding so you don't lose your supply. MFP has my calorie goals calculated around 1300 so I increased it to 1600 and so far (3 days) my supply…

What is your favorite healthy treat?
I need some inspiration. What healthy foods do you enjoy when you're looking for a sweet treat or salty snack? My favorites so far include: guacamole and tortilla chips (very satisfying), a frozen banana blended with a cup of milk (it really does taste like a milk shake!), and antipasto w/ a few olives, small piece of…
