I was hoping to lose about 3-4 Kg per month though 1-2 kg is good. I also felt the calorie burn seemed on the higher end, but was not losing so much & was worried whether I'm doing it right.. Don't want to be overworked too.

Thanks for replying. Checked it today.. It is giving a 600 calorie burn in 30 mins. when set in personal trainer-calorie goal mode on 15 incline! Not sure why.. From all of your posts, about 200-300 calories in 30 mins. seems to be an appropriate value.
