These macros are super low! You're only going to be getting 500 cals a day with these numbers. Did you use a macros calculator to get them? IIFYM.com is good :smile:

How about taking some oatmeal and fruit to get you through the morning, then a wrap with some lean protein and salad for lunch, fruit for afternoon snack or a protein bar or shake, then something like a stew or a hearty soup to have in the evening?

Feel free to add me. I have a lot of weight to lose (over 100lbs) and I am doing it via a mixture of weight watchers and counting my macros. I'm trying to be lower carb as I have PCOS and am insulin resistant. I could do with some firneds on here as I want to stay accountable. Thanks.
