My goal today was to beat my steps yesterday. I have 3,779 steps today. I'm happy with that! Tomorrow I aim for 4,000.

August 12th 3,459 (My goal was 3,000, I'm trying to build stamina post DVT and I have post Phlebitic syndrome. I'm hoping to be getting an average of 5,000 steps a day by the end of August.)
