That's awesome, congrats on your success so far! I have a very strange allergy which doesn't allow me to eat fresh fruits and veggies...if they are cooked I'm good because the protein I'm allergic to denatures...but uncooked is a no go. I also have a nut and soy allergy...ugh! So a plant based diet is not an option for me…

I love my Nike app! I highly recommend it as you can set reminders/goals/and it will even set up a coaching routine for you. I've trained for several half marathons and shorter distances with it and it keeps me going! Good luck!

I have seasonal asthma so the spring is hard on me. I find that if I am very well hydrated I don't produce has much mucus and it's easier on my lungs.
