  • The more exercise you manage to do will help up your energy levels. I manage to have beer and chocolate but the weight is still coming off because of the exercise.   • Hi there, I am a 43 year old mum of three trying to loose 50 lb total, I lost 7 lbs before joining mfp and 12 lbs since. This is mainly down to exercise.   • I tend to be good 6 days out of 7, but all the bad happens at once! Just changed regime, see if that starts the weight coming off again. Been stuck at the same weight for three weeks now!
  • Yes, as above! I don't understand macros exactly but I understand the pie chart ( mmmmm pie!!) on here and when I'm close to matching the figures I do feel fuller for longer. Eating a low gi diet helps too. Secret eating is my downfall, when no one is watching, do the calories really count? YES! 43 year old Mum of 3…
