I need consistent motivation

I really would like to have people who will help me stay motivated to workout. I've always struggled with this problem but I now I wanna make this problem go away. Please add me to keep each other motivated.

    I would love to help motivate each other. I have done well with my weight and I do a lot of walking but I have just started adding things like planks, crunches, squats and some weights to my routine. Could use the motivation to keep going even after I reach my weight goal (6.6 lbs to go)

    Hi there, I am a 43 year old mum of three trying to loose 50 lb total, I lost 7 lbs before joining mfp and 12 lbs since. This is mainly down to exercise. I burn around 6k calories a week or more with walking, boxercise, and interval training with light weights. Happy to become motivational buds will send a friend request
