hi :) You shouldn't care what your boyfriend thinks. That's your body and your life and you are like 20 lbs overweight so that's not healthy. I ve been struggling to lose weight forever , once you realise that you actually do it for yourself , dieting will be much easier.

Hi:) I m vegetarian for 7 years and through most of thistime I was yoyoing but mostly on a chubby side . I started to lose weigt once I realised that diary products are kind of designed to make you fat. Cut on these and cheese and you ll be good. Also I recommend not eating soy products cause they are extremely processed…

I m always hungry at night time :p what I like to do is luke warm water + tbs of honey+ lemon. Really tasty , cleansing and keep your belly full
