I personally would not go to the gym... I work nights and have a crazy schedule. But lots of options at the gym esp if they offer classes. Cize looks super fun and Shaun T looks pretty motivating!! Tough choice!!

I lost a bunch of weight on ww like 15 years ago but gained it back with kids. I really like the points but didn't want to pay weekly either. I love MFP... I have found it easy to get the hang of and am enjoying the forums and friends:)

I work nights so usually I am up but my dd has an early basketball game so I will be sleeping like regular folk tonight

I made fresh turkey burgers added some onion, tomatoe, and avocado. I put it in a low fat sandwich wrap but would also be yummers in a lettuce wrap. I also like to mash it with some fresh salsa... GUACAMOLE!!!

I only sync my Fitbit with MFP I don't add any extra exercise because I figure I am getting my steps in doing those exercises. Personal choice... Do what works for you:)
