  • They just had a segment about this on the news... It seemed to get high remarks. When I did WW years ago I used to save points throughout the week for when I knew I was going out for dinner Friday night I would save a few points per day to splurge a bit when I was out.
  • Which kind does everyone have?? Just looked on Amazon and they go from $6 to $29 for a table top model to $79 to attach to my kitchen aid. Have been thinking about getting one for some time now and now I am ready to take the plunge!!
  • I second the wall push-ups. I am a beginner as well and I have done the Jillian Michaels BEGINNER shred. The second did was a little tricky for me so I stuck with the first. Baby steps... You will get there!!
  • I hate when that happens.. I went out to dinner last week and my chicken sandwich was over 1000 calories... I felt like I got sucker punched!! I just didn't eat the rest of that day and adjusted the next day as well. Now I know to look BEFORE I go out. Take something from this and move on... You are worth it!!
  • If I am making some hard boiled eggs I will usually eat 2 for breakfast then put 1-2 in a salad for dinner that night and the next night. I do this maybe once or twice a week. I find them very filling... Whoever said they eat one egg and another egg white that's a great idea!!
  • Ummm... Guilty!! Hehe. I don't typically use ground beef but I have had gallbladder issues in the past so when my husband isn't looking I spray it down with a little warm water. He can always tell lol.
  • I know plenty of people who had the surgery and didn't lose much weight or gained it back. I also know of lots of people who had complications. I probably know even more people who are battling complications of obesity. It's a tough battle... Who knows the right path. As long as you are trying to make it work you are ahead…
  • Hi everyone!! Fellow night shifter here... It's makes this journey just a little harder!! Luckily we don't have a cafeteria so no temptations. My coworkers love to order out (we have taco Tuesday's and Chinese Wednesday's :# ) I have a lot of downtime so I can walk the halls and exercise which is a nice perk. I am working…
  • Ok my strawberries were gross the next day :'( Wish I tried the peanut butter and jelly yogurt... Sounds gross but so many love it I am now intrigued! I love the broccoli Kale mix.. I add it to salads. Great flavor!!
  • YOU ARE WORTH THIS JOURNEY!! You got this!! There is a ton of support here... I love all the support here!!!
  • Just plan on making a lifestyle change. Think of your heart being healthier and your body getting stronger... YOU are worth it. I do not want to be diagnosed with high blood pressure or diabetes so that is part of what keeps me commited. I was certainly headed down that path. I have only lost 16 pounds so far but guess…
  • That is awesome and great for motivation!! Definitely worth keeping!!
  • It is a slow process... But as long as you are making great food choices and exercising it will continue to fall off. And if you lose a pound a week, after a month that's 4 pounds... In 5 months that's TWENTY! It adds up and if you keep going it all adds up. Getting healthier is worth waiting for... You can do it!!
  • Push the water. Pop is so bad for you.. Even diet. I used to drink 6-8 cans a day. Like up til 2 months ago. Now I maybe drink 1 can a day and honestly don't even finish it. I still love it don't get me wrong... But if it is hindering my goals it's got to GO!! Maybe just have a can of pop with meals only to start then only…
  • I threw away all my high waisted jeans from the 90's just recently. I laughed at how long the zippers were... They could have zipped a coat! Are the clothes still in style? Keep them... Otherwise get rid of them. I know I am going to want all new cute clothes!!
  • Maybe look into some of the groups for people with similar goals as yourself? I have over 100 pounds to lose and I have found everyone to be supportive and motivating. Don't let a bad experience or two ruin your journey. Feel free to add me as a friend
  • They almost had me until I saw the price Lolol.
  • Oh I agree. But these women are posting pics of their legs bruised from toe to butt. It's crazy! Part of me was like hmmmmm. But it's over $100 and looks like pvc pipe
  • You can add me B) B) My kids are 11 and 13 and I am still losing the baby weight :D :D I love all the support from the friends I have made in here. Seeing everyone exercises and weight loses in my feed really motivates me!!
  • Been wanting to try... But I don't have a did player and not sure if I would know how to hook one up lol

  • This is where I got mine... All these things add up! Maybe some canned goods? Maybe duct tape some heavy objects then make a handle with the tape?? Just a thought  I agree with the planks, push-ups, lunges, and squats. These all get me moving. There are also MANY videos and tutorials on YouTube.. Fitness blender is…
  • Sounds like a good way to work out some aggressions as well... I may need to try it!!
  • Man I could tear up a Big Mac... But that's what got me here :# :o Cadbury anything... Not for me. Hate those things!!
  • That's one constant in all the comments... The hummus. Wish I grabbed some for my veggies... I am going to have to make another trip in a few weeks :)
  • I added you!! We can do this
  • That is awesome!!
  • Thanks everyone!!!! I wished I got some of the corn salsa... Next time for sure!!
  • Oh that sounds yum!! And I think Applebee's has nutritional info listed and some healthier options thanks:)
  • I usually don't either.. I love eating out and usually want a full meal and fries
  • Water is the best thing for you in my opinion!! Plus I would rather eat my calories than drink them Lolol. I have cut back tremendously on diet soda... Not sure if I can give it up completely (wish I could!!). Instead of 6-8 cans a day I am drinking 1-2 and honestly I am finding I don't even finish them. I just love that…
