I'm day 7 AF. And must say feeling good. Sleeping well melatonin helps! But also feeling determined to go long term at least 90 days and going from there. Wish me luck. Feeling euphoric!

Problem is when it's available one leads to two etc. Binged Friday Saturday on alcohol. But 3 days back AF. I noticed Sunday slept terrible. Thinking guilt and anger. Well I'm mad 9 days AF and been exercising crazy and logging everything and weighed myself. Up a pound. I ended up drinking. I'm on 3 white rum and club sodas watching tv. Still going to gym tomorrow but Pissed. Very frustrated. Doing lots of cardio and weightlifting. More than I've done in past 5? Years consistently.…

Wow I started mid January. I've been going to the gym and changing my eating and cutting way back on alcohol. I've been doing lots of cardio and weight machines. Any advice? You look awesome girl!

I do find it funny as bars are so conscious of the booze amount it shares as $$. Hmm...

So true julieAL! I've noticed since I joined in January that I am so more conscious of alcohol and do feel I've come a long way. Still wkg on when DH as he is AF when he works away and enjoys it much when he's home (shift worker who works away 16 and home 12). I'm improved so much tho and feeling I'm on the right path

I have to also agree. I’m not perfect but this does help keep me accountable. I’m loving this support. Sometimes we get busy but always love coming back here to refocus when this happens

Awesome. I've started this journey and I'm not planning on going AF completely. But I'm amazed how this group has helped me be more mindful and I've still cut back significantly. Def a big help. This is such a great support group.

Well I went off for 10 days while DH is home. I knew it. Thrown right off again. Had great time and alsostopoed the gym. Ugh bad influence.

What I've found is that I'm more aware of what I'm eating and much more diligent logging everything.

I am constantly checking in on this as I find it very helpful. Thank you to all for being so honest. I'm on 12 day AF. Tomorrow's a different thing as I'm allowing myself drinks Friday and Saturday while DH is home. Hoping I can commit to just these days for this week and next week and then back to AF again...
