@jeffhuc nice work. But is the 40 lbs down in just 2 months or in 14 months?? If only 2 months then I assume you starved yourself and ate way less than the minimum 1500 cal/day?orangegato wrote: »I’m 5’9 I was 213lbs Jan 1st. On March 4th I was 173lbs. It was 2 months (63 days) I was at 1500 cal / day but I was burning Cal’s with cardio as well. I also ate a lot of cabbage soup.1

Starting weight: 187 (not pictured)
Left pic: 170
Right pic: 138
Still about 10lbs to lose and hopefully start building muscle after that, but this is the first time in my adult (and teenage) life I’ve been considering a 2 piece swimsuit.

Thanks, I’d say I lost the bulk of the weight over 14 months and have been toning ever since. The first picture was Jan 2016 and the second is March 2018

Wow I started mid January. I've been going to the gym and changing my eating and cutting way back on alcohol. I've been doing lots of cardio and weight machines. Any advice? You look awesome girl!5 -

Thanks very much. Well done for your own journey! The smallest changes can make a massive difference. Advice - stick to carbs on cardio days and lay off them non cardio days and eat them as early in the day as you can. Weight lifting tips- perhaps try some free weights to engage your core more - around your weight machine routines.10 -

No its not a premium feature, but if you are an android user you need to use the Chrome browser, not the app and you'll see the little camera icon next to the smiley face6 -
