Well, what I do is have a protein and veggie breakfast( Egg white omelette with veg. and a V8), so that at night when I get the craving for comfort food, a good old fashioned bowl of oatmeal, or some low fat granola that I eat dry, with some really good water or tea to sip on. Hey Y'all, just joined a day or two ago, but I'm going to join this thread even if I'm late to the party:) Goals: 1. stay within calorie budget 2. log everything I eat 3. walk at least 30 minutes a day. OK. Better post now, since I'm sure the Gremlins will get me if I try for more goals than these. Cheers!

Hi, I'm Pam, 57 years old, one grown daughter and four grandchildren. I work full time, and ,yeah, I'm a stress eater.
